RETURNS

At Sowlyn LLC, every piece is made to order—handcrafted with care just for you. To reduce waste and support intentional manufacturing, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.  

If there’s an issue with your order:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery using our Contact Form.  
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.  
- We may request photos for verification.  

Once approved, you’ll have 30 days from delivery to return the item for a replacement or refund.
